Q: About how many servings are in this shaker?

The 1.2oz Shaker bottle is equivalent to 170 packets. Roughly five shakes equals one packet. How many packets a person would use depends on the person. Everyone is a little different. Some people can use one packet for 8oz of coffee others need two or three. We recommend starting off with a larger amount so as to see results and then experimenting using less the next time to see where your particular level of relief is. Don’t forget that Coffee Tamer can also be used on acid foods.

Q: SInce it comes out too fast, can you measure it any other way?

Everyone Shakes the bottle a little differently. I like to hold it horizontal and lightly shake it on the food or beverage. When using the shaker bottle for the first time count the number of shakes in an 8oz cup of coffee. Start off with eight shakes. Stir for thirty seconds. If you still feel that you need more acid removed, then add a shake or two the next time. If everything was ok, then try to use a shake or two less the next time. It is a trial and error for each person because everyone is different and each food and beverage contains different amounts of acid. After you use the product for a while it becomes second nature. You will know exactly how much to use.

Q: hello, i tried this product but in order to make it work i had to do 20 shakes, is that safe? does it matter?

It is safe. Generally 5 to 10 shakes is enough for an eight ounce cup of coffee. However, everyone is a little different and each coffee may have different amounts of acid that has to be dealt with. Robert Heartburn-help

Q: Does it contain aluminum ? How much ??

I don't see any aluminum on the ingredients, it contains sodium 3mg potassium 14mg calcium 90mg magnesium 1mg.
