It's okay... If I had it to do over again, I would have spent another $10 to buy a really nice brand (i.e. manduka). It's just cheap material... doesn't hold sweat as well... doesn't stick to the mat as well... After you use a nicer brand, you will know what I mean...

The length from this towel is the only thing saving this from a 1 star review. Way, way, way to narrow for even am average size person. Is long but narrow. The texture and fabric fails to keep this still even on carpet. I do not recommend this unless you want something that moves and you are a size 0 tops.

I typically do not usually use towels for yoga, but have been considering starting because my palms get sweaty in heated classes, which can make even downward dog feel like a balance pose.Upon trying this towel, I liked the color of the orange one and the way it felt to my skin. It was not overly clingy, but just enough. I definitely could feel a difference in my hands. I did not feel like I was sliding at all on the towel. There was a moment where I felt the towel itself sliding on my mat, so I couldn't give it full stars. It's still overall a good towel and I would recommend it. I will definitely bring it to future yoga classes to help with not sliding and as a cushion for floor poses.

Normally I don't use a full towel during yoga, but every now and then, I really wish I had one. Sometimes you just have an extra sweaty class and don't realize you need a towel until you're already there! I got this towel to use periodically, and after using it a few times now, I can say it was definitely worth it! It's compact and lightweight, so I don't mind bringing it to class even when I don't end up using it. When I do use it, it's super absorbent and soft, and doesn't slide around your mat like other towels do. I definitely recommend it!

I used this Yoga Towel during a Heated Slow Flow class at Now Yoga and Fitness. The material of the towel is very soft and pleasant. The colors are beautiful! I did find that I almost stuck too much to the towel, and as a result, had some bunching at my foot placement when I would hop during vinyasa and various pose transitions! All in all though- I would prefer too much grip to slip sliding around during a class!! :)

I get quite sweaty while doing a yoga class (or any form of exercise rather) so having a soft, absorbent towel to lay over my mat is great. The towel of course allows me to keep my grip and not loose focus on my practice. I hate the feeling of slipping on my mat because I am so sweaty, so the towel is a great problem solver for those of you who are the same way too!

I rented this in my Yoga class yesterday and it solved the long lasting sliding problem in my heated yoga class - I had been using a towel for a while but it wasn't helping. This product is great and I don't slide around at all anymore. I am considering purchasing one since it is definitely worth the money.

I used this towel today in a yoga class. Gripped well, high-quality and is the perfect size (I've used some before that don't go the entire length of the mat.) I'm not a huge fan of the feel of micofiber in general, and so that's the only reason I wouldn't give this five stars.
