Dodos (Ice Age Animals)

Easy-to-read book that kids can read themselves (ages 6-9 I'd guess). Great illustrations which bring the prehistoric animal world to life. We were first introduced to these books at the school library and were impressed enough to by the series for ourselves. Just remember that these are for young readers and so there is not a lot of in-depth discussion of the species, just the basics.

Beautifully illustrated booklet for children on the dodo bird, noting it’s extinction in in the mid-1600s.

My eight year old son loves this series. He starting reading them at the library but they didn't have them all available so it was nice to get him his own to read at home.

Fun read aloud !

I also purchased the stuffed DoDo toy to go with the book...It was a hit!

This book is fun & educational.
