The Chocolate-Covered Contest (Nancy Drew Digest, Book 151)

I had the paperback version of this book years ago, but never got it back after lending it to a friend. So when I got a kindle for Christmas, this was one of the first books that came to my mind, and I loved it just as much as I did before!! Normally I would say stick with the classic ND' s but this one is really in a league of it's own. It has all the sassy detective you would expect from ND with some extra twists and turns that make a great thriller! (Though gauging Nancy's reactions, I think she could have done without the drama ;) I definitely recommend this book to all ND fans and to anyone that has a nose for mysterious and excitement! XD

Good stories for young people to get them reading.

I liked this book. But the storyline was all very confusing and unlike Carolyn Keene's other books this book had all of its action at the end instead of all throughout the book. =/ Other then that though it was good.

This was one of my favorite book in the Nancy Drew series of course there has been better books in the N.D.S but this one is pretty good. I am not sure if to put five stars or four stars though.

This modern Nancy Drew tale is a delicious treat for fans of all ages. The plot grabs hold of all your senses; sight; smell; taste; touch and leaves you wanting more! Carolyn Keene (whoever she really is) wrote this suspenseful tale about two of many people's favorite things: Amusement Parks and Chocolate! Of course, there is a nice mystery waiting to be unraveled, and Nancy and her friends bring along a group of young people for the 'ride'. If you are a fan of Nancy, grab the fudge and settle down for a melt-in-your mouth mystery!

This is a really good book.I would highly recommend this book to Chocolate lovers! It makes you want to read all night long.It is a real page turner!You will find out about Nancy's adventures at a chocolate factory and an amusment park.Nancy's friend Bess gets a million dollar wrapper! But when Bess and Nancy go to recieve the prize they find out someone has already won it!You will have to read this book to find out what else happens...

I absolutely loved this book. The traditional Nancy Drew finds herself in the middle of yet another thrilling mystery. She wins a million dollars in a cocolate wrapper contest, only to find out that another person has also won it. As who has produced this second wrapper starts to become clearer, the risks are running higher. Whoever has done this is getting desperate and will stop at nothing to keep Nancy from revealing them. Will Nancy solve the case in time? Read the book and find out!:-D

At one point, the person behind the crime talks about her Christian background and then tries to kill Nancy. This has been going around a lot in children's fiction. It's part of an agenda, make no mistake. Of course if the bad guy talked about the talmud before committing crimes, the book probably would not be published.

I finished it in one day .......... Really good for all those who love reading books
