Help yourself physically over time!
I haven’t been using this very long- c. 3 weeks or so. I have not reacted negatively which is number one. It is supposed to help with physical stamina and I do notice Some improvement there. I exercise a lot and use supplements to assist. As an older woman, this is helpful. No miracle but helpful.
