I'm impressed!
Large seeds. Impressively bold, citrusy, spicey, camphorous aroma. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Btw, the 5lb bag is HUUUGE. If you're not a restaurant, think twice about this quantity. For me, it's more than a lifetime supply.

5 pounds is a whole lot - excellent price
This product is very good, provides an excellent difference over most of the corriander seeds that are available at your grocery stores in the USA. I looked around, went to spice specialty stores, etc. I had to procure the seeds here for this variety. Much more citrus than the darker, rounder corriander, as I had read. My wife and I have used this for a variety of dishes and for brewing. Excellent in as Belgian Saison! The funny thing is that I missed that this was 5 pounds, not 1 pound. The price is exceptional considering the quantity, but you'll be putting this much into various containers and giving it as gifts to people! The orange citrus is more prominent than in other corriander, which we tasted side by side with friends. There is also a lemon note that I found distinctive.

These "seeds" do not sprout
Purchased to use as sprouts, unsuccessfully. Most seeds do sprout. There was no mention on their selling page that these seeds would not sprout, just an email from the company when I contacted them. Direct quote in their email "Please note these coriander seeds do not sprout as they are conventional seeds. Only organic seeds sprout - you would need to purchase the Jiva Organics brand or another organic brand to see if they sprout." Maybe I can use them as BB's?

Holy Cow!!!!!!
Wow, this is one big bag. I wouldn't recommend this size if you are a casual user of coriander seed, but I am going to start making my own curry powders, so this was definately needed. The size is comparable to a huge bag of rice that you find on the bottom shelf at the grocery stores. Not sure if the seed will germinate, but I plan on trying this summer (why not). Will keep the summary updated if they do.
