(98-108)cm waist -- 125 cm belt length without buckle. If you are not sure which size to buy, we recommend you order a slightly larger size. Shorten belt instructions: 1 unscrew buckle. Needed a new belt as I have lost weight
I find it hard to find a good quality belt that's not got some kind of coating on they say leather but more often they aren't. This is and if it lasts anything like my old belt then quids in (still use the old belt and it's over 30 years old now)
