Purchased May of 2018, installation went well no issues. I was replacing a rope light installation that failed with an equivalent Lumen rating, I found these to be roughly half as bright as what I was replacing.Used in a ceiling trough as an up-light to light our living room every evening. I noticed after a couple of years their brightness seemed to be waning. I increased the dimmer to 80% and then later to 100% but at some point, I realized there was a real problem and when I got the ladder and checked most of the LEDs were dead.Best estimate at 5 hours a day from 2018 to 2023 they were in use roughly 9,000 hours (50,000 is estimated life) with only 10% of the LED still working.

I bought these to mount under the cabinets in our kitchen because there's only 1 light on one end, with a ceiling fan light over the dinning room table. Wife and I could hardly see anything when using the counter, sink, and stove. With this string looped from one end to the other and back it's like the sun shining through the roof. The difference is amazing! I also have another strand running through the basement, and its the only light I really use now. This old house only had a couple incandescent fixtures in the basement, with the second one's switch being on the opposite side forcing us to walk through the dark to find it. Now the main switch lights up a 50ft string looping through the whole basement lighting it all up at once, and no more tripping in the dark. Before and after pics of the basement attached, with only the LED rope turned on. We can finally see well enough to work in there too.

I just finished installing (3) 50-foot white LED rope lights in our patio pergola (lattice shade structure), and we are very pleased wit the result. I mostly used Command outdoor light clips that hold the rope light very securely and are removable with no residue in the future. The LED rope light is nice and bright, and I have it plugged into a standard household dimmer switch that dims the LEDs down to a nice soft glow if I want to. We got the 4000K soft white and it's a very nice "plain" white - it's not bluish and not yellowish at all. The rope light seems VERY durable - it seems to be more robust than many of the thinner LED rope lights out there.

UPDATE: June/2022 These lights are still running every night outdoors, rain or shine!I installed these three years ago under my sitting wall across the backyard. Used 3M exterior sticky tape to attach the strip to the concrete.Works great, looks beautiful at night adding a nice glow to the yard, and everyone who has seen it has commented on its looks.Three years running, it’s been on every night dusk to dawn and still burns bright!

Bought blue string lights, super bright...bought dimmer to lighten brightness. 1 string didn't have collar to connect 2 strings but manufacturer sent another replacement.

I bought the 50’, 30’ and 10’ LED tape rope light to replace the old tape rope lights in my floating crown molding. They were easy and simple to connect and install. The are polarized and the connections are made so you cannot connect them incorrectly, so it was a breeze. I have an interior apartment with windows on the East and West so this was a great solution to brighten up the interior where there are no windows. I am hoping these will provide light for a long time, like my last ones did.

I love these lights (soft white, 50 feet). They are durable and of very high quality for indoor and outdoor use. I hung them outside in the rafters above my lanai and they provide all the lighting I need out there (50 feet wrapped back and forth 3 times). For when I want lower light levels (late parties and such) I bought a lamp dimmer at the hardware store and that works great to give me barely lit to full brightness. I did have a hard time with the small nails used for the brackets, since I was standing on a ladder mounting them to the underside of the roof. In the end, I just wrapped them around the rafters, given more of a party feel to the place.

Works exactly the way I would have hoped. I have a covered patio with poor lighting. I was able to use this as a rope light just under the roof line to cast a ton of light inside the patio.the LED's are very bright and cast a great looking bright white light. Very pleased with these. I will say the cord before the light rope starts is fairly bulky and unattractive. I ultimate plan to get a piece of outdoor furniture to have against that wall so it won't be a problem long term but my outlet is about 2 foot off the floor so the wire is very noticeable where it plugs in until where the lighting begins.

Overall a great product. Bought the blue color. Was way too bright. Had to buy a dimmer adapter. Dimmer is set to 20% brightness and its just right

Ordered these lights, to circle the deck of my 30ft round pool. A nice soft, ice blue that is very appealing to the eye. Looks absolutely Great!!! Only thing is ..... I F___upped my measurements. I need another 2 units because it takes 90ft to go around the circumference of a 30ft round pool deck!!! My bad. My Problem. Need to order more. Beautiful lights though!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Very bright blue light strip, plenty of length, only plaw is no dimmer.

Used to frame the top of the gazebo. Very brilliant blue coloring. Planning on using all year round.
