Well made, as expected. These arrived timely and I was very eager to see and use them. I love them. I recently took a raviolli making class and these are the ones the chef used and had sets for each student. I’m glad I found them on amazon. Well made and sturdy and perfectly sized. I told my friend who took the clas with me and she will be ordering as well. I am very happy with these. Just make sure you flour the fresh pasta dough to prevent sticking and give it a quick small turn and the cut is clean. I moisten the edge of each raviolli before placing the cover pasta on as instructed by the chef in class and these work perfect!, I recommend it, and already told my classmates about it. Very good product and well made. By the way, I was not paid, or given anything for this review. Highly recommend it, and I’m looking at other products by this company.

These are a great idea, and they look beautiful. However, they are nearly impossible to use correctly as ravioli pasta dough is generally a little too thin be able to be stamped out by something with teeth this thick. hard to explain until you use it and then you'll see that the teeth will only make indentations but not cut through the pasta completely unless you really press and turn. So much better to use the rotary cutters instead, even if the pasta won't look as perfect. Anyway I never seen a professional chef use these, they always use either the machines or the rotary cutters.

I was a little concerned because of the reviews but it works great. I dont know how some people are breaking theirs, I pressed down and did not feel like it would break or bend, so maybe others are using excessive pressure. I make a low carb ravioli with almond and coconut flour and this works great on it. For the $8 i paid for the set it is awesome. The stainless steel is not top notch quality so I hand wash it because I dont know if the dishwasher would affect the metal.

Los he usado un par de ocasiones, y me encantan! Tienen muy buen tamaño para que los rabioles no queden tan chiquitos. Además, los materiales parecen resistentes :)

Don't cut pasta very well not worth the money
