Sustainable Seas, Solid Light Tuna in Water, 4.1 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Excellent tuna! Idk why anyone would post a negative review. It's consistency is not any different than any other brand of tuna I've had before. It has great fresh taste and I like that the cans have a pop top. It's very hard to find tuna in boa free cans without added crap like "broth" which is usually aka for soy or gluten or anything else that can add flavor. Not good for someone like me with allergies. I was able to eat tuna and not swell up or get sick! This only has sea salt. I love it! And the price is less than anything at the grocery store. Please keep selling this on Amazon!!!

Unfortunately, the product had an amoniated smell, my kittes would not even go near it. I don't know if it was just this shipment, it was promptly returned.

Arrived today. This is NOT wild planet skipjack tuna. This is sustanable seas solid light tuna in water. Sustanable seas is a sub company of wild planet. According to sustainable seas they cook their tuna twice, it has less nutrience and only contains 67% of meat while the REAL wild plannet is cooked once and does not contain water or other liquids so it is 100% meat.Update: i manged to find the wild planet skipjack tuna and was able to do a side by side comparison. Also note the sustainable seas is a 4.1oz can including the water, 3.4oz drained . The wild planet is 5oz and you are not supposed to drain the juices. While writing this review i noticed they are currently priced the same on amazon!

THE TUNA IS FINE BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 22 OF THE 24 CANS I ORDEREDONE OF THE BOXES WAS OPEN AND ONLY HAD 10 CANS, IT WAS SHORT 2 CANS

SCAM... I normally buy the real WILD PLANET Skipjack solid light, but gave this a try because of the price difference. I opened this up, and it was probably 70% liquid, and a dark color. I was taken in by the copycat label. Do not be fooled, this is a simply second rate product... for humans that is. I fed it to my cats and they just loved it, they have 11 more cans coming. I'm going back to the real WILD PLANER product, given the actual amount of fish it is actually cheaper than this! It is very densely packed with light fish, the real deal. Summary: live and learn I guess!

I've been super happy with this tuna. Low smell, mild flavor. Haven't found any bones or weird bits. Cats like the water I drain off. Good by itself and mixed into something else. Assuming the sustainable stuff is all true, less guilt as well. Perfect when I need some lean protein.

I was so excited about buying this, I bought the exact same item before and the tuna was beautiful and delicious but this batch was soupy watery and just didn’t seem fresh. Very Disappointed

My health nut mother told me that this tuna has the least mercury from all the tunas. At least now I can enjoy my tuna while limiting my mercury intake! It tastes good too!!
