I'm not sure how this is supposed to help. It is not strong enough to give me any support. I feel like I wasted my money. It would probably be better if there was an actual brace in the middle. Very disappointed, especially after receiving it 3 days late.

I just got this, and unfortunately it is not as comfortable as it’s advertised to be. It is really uncomfortable under the arms, but I’m going to keep wearing it for the benefits. I struggle with shoulder protraction badly so I hope wearing this aids in correcting my posture. I will have to wear it over a long sleeve shirt though.

I have a terrible habit of slouching. I bought this in Hope's that it would help me retrain myself to not slouch so badly. It is easy to put on and adjust. It fits under a tshirt. And it does make it very uncomfortable to slouch. Definately helpful and in my opinion could help solve the issue with regular wear.

I could not get it to work for me. It was a waste of time and money.
