This is an aftermarket replacement band for certain Skagen watches. It is not a perfect replacement for my Skagen SKW6115 model, although I installed it, it works, and I will keep it. It falls short in two minor aspects: (1) the buckle is brushed metal instead of shiny chrome like my original band, and (2) the screw holes in the band do not line up with the holes in the watch casing. You can overcome this by screwing the screws hard into the leather strap. I did this, and it seems to hold. --This band and buckle are not quite as wide as my original... perhaps 1-2mm shy. I bought it, though, because the add said it would replace the band on my SKW6115.

After trying to distinguish between these various leather screw-style watchbands and pick the right one for my husband's Skagen watch, I was worried about what I would get and if this would work out at all. It actually worked out perfectly. The strap is an exact replica of the original except for the name stamp inside the leather strap. (The original would have had to come from Denmark and cost somewhat more.) This strap came immediately with Prime, was a little less than the Skagen strap, is real leather with the same buckle as the original and the same holes punched through where the screws go, and fit the watch perfectly. It was actually very easy to change. It comes in a box with the needed screwdriver with a tiny Phillips head, and a set of four screws. I kept the new screws as a spare set and used the original screws. You have to be careful, of course, not to lose those teensy screws but just doing it patiently, placing the watch on a paper towel so it wouldn't slip, proved the easiest task of my day. No issues. Cannot speak to how well it will wear over time as just put on.

I had to replace my watch band that I purchased in February with a new one, my other watch band lasted many years when I purchased the watch originally.

The product package and the corresponding devices for changing the watch mesh are totally easy to use, very useful and above all, the quality is superior. Highly recommended.

The strap feels very cheap and nothing like the original! Very thin and wrong size.The strap I received looks like it was used and has been worn before.One screw was missing in the package

The band looks and feel great but the screwdriver is garbage. How am I supposed to remove the screws if the screwdriver spins on itself?
