This is the fourth item I've purchased in my search for something to elevate my legs so that I can sleep on my back without incurring back pain. This leg wedge is very comfortable and came with 2 covers.I did encounter one problem using this leg wedge. Because the leg wedge causes your feet to stick up in the air, my toes would become irritated when using a comforter during the winter months. I've found a workaround by pulling the comforter up a bit so that not much of the comforter is hanging down the mattress and thus creating pressure on my toes.

Ours came with 2 covers which is great for keeping it in use on laundry day. The pillow is so comfortable. Not only do I use this pillow for leg swelling (I’m a 6’2” man) but my wide uses this as a wedge at night to elevate her head because of heartburn. The dimensions are exactly as listed. There was a slight odor after opening but it dissipated within an hour. The pillow took about 10 hours to fully expand to its full size. It’s so comfortable and breathable. Highly recommend.

I have been trying all sorts of different methods to fix my back problems, but nothing has worked as quickly and effectively as this leg pillow.It's really comfortable and my back feels much better after even just one night of use.It did take about a week to fully inflate, and so I didn't use it right away. But since it inflated it's been really firm and comfortable.

I purchased this because I am going through some serious back problems and for the couple of times I have used it, it has provided relief. I just have to get used to sleeping with it since I am a side sleeper...

I have a geriatric patient who suffers from vascular insufficiency, peripheral neuropathy and foot ulcers. I'd tried orthfoam and other products, but the patient wasn't getting the relief she needed so she wasn't using the previous products.Thanks to this ORTHOPillow her edema is reduced, she has good granulation of the ulcer sites, and she's seen a 50% reduction in pain management medication use, which took her out of the high risk for dependence pool for oxycodone.

I really wanted this to work. I have a complete tear of my ACL and chronic back pain. I wanted something other than the piled up blankets I've been using.Ultimately it isn't wide enough for what I'd hoped for. It's also very high. 8 inches doesn't sound as high as it feels that's for sure.My cat has claimed it for her bed so I can't ir won't return it. Overall it just didn't work for me.

I’m glad I got the larger size. It’s pretty huge and I don’t really have anywhere to put it when I’m not using it, but it’s very comfortable. Good quality, comes with two covers so you have one on it when you wash the other, and there’s room to move your legs around while they’re elevated.

Good size pillow that comes in handy when you have an injury of ankle, foot and/or leg. Great for recovery! and the second pillow is nice to have just in case you have to wash it and still want to use it. And... it can help you when its time to be a little naughty, wink! wink! :)
