I don't do many reviews unless it is something I really like, and I really, really love this jacket! I am a full-figure woman and this fit so nicely. It is not a cumbersome jacket meaning it is perfect for travel. I purchased this for a recent late spring trip to Belgium, and it fit the bill nicely. The zipper comes all the way to the bottom of the jacket meaning that it is so easy to zip up and not hard to start the zipper process. There are also snaps if you don't feel like zipping it. The hood is detachable and I wore it both ways. I love the anarak style with the waist synch so even if it is a tad big on you, it can be synched at the waist. Two nice size pockets that snap to hold a train or tram ticket. This is just perfect for travel, and I want to purchase it in more colors, I just love it that much. It is not thick which is good, and because it is so roomy, I wore a sweater underneath on some days where it was a bit cooler, and I stayed warm. It only rained one day I was there but I can attest to it being waterproof, and not making you feel cold and damp. The material is such that it does not feel like you have plastic next to your skin. Very, very comfortable in every regard. One of my best amazon purchases ever.

So I purchased this raincoat because I haven't had one since I was younger like elementary school, but I am forever getting soaked. I wear 14-16ish and top heavy. I purchased a 2x and I have a lot of room- if I wanted it to fit more I could've gotten away with a xlarge, but I am good with this fit. Also ran the sleeves up under water faucet in the sink for about 4 mins and my arm never got wet, so I do feel it will keep the water away as much as possible. Its lightweight and I feel this is a year-round jacket. I could also wear a sweatshirt and hoody under it in the winter as well.

I'm pretty impressed with this jacket (versus it's price point). I was looking for an affordable alternative, instead of getting a Patagonia coat, for an upcoming trip to Iceland.It looks like a fashionable name branded jacket, especially with the printed striped lining on cuffs/inside, and is definitely lightweight enough to travel with.I'm 5'3, ~148-150 lbs and ordered a medium. I do THINK I could've gone down a size, but I'll keep as is- roomy enough to be a rain jacket/liner for the colder days where I'll need thicker attire. Also, as a female who is on the shorter side, the jacket is a bit long as it is slightly above my knees, but I do prefer it this way as protection.I tested the jacket during rainy weather and it did work well, the water repelled right off. I have not tested through a torrential down pour, but so far it has served it's purpose well.

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent fit of this jacket. It's lightweight yet has enough structure to look sharp. The striped lining is beautiful as is the outer fabric. It just needs to be touched up with a light ironing before first wear due to it being folded for shipment. Pictures that have been posted by other customers showing this jacket wrinkled do not do it justice. Iron it and you'll be pleased. This jacket is washable too! Hardware and zippers are sturdy enough. I'm ordering another one in a different color. It's not often when you can find outerwear that fits and looks good, even from the designer labels. This jacket is a winner.

I love this jacket! I had been searching all over the internet for a lightweight and reasonably priced jacket for my trip to Colombia. The forecast is very rainy but also hot so I wanted protection but to not die via heat stroke. It definitely has a lot of room,after looking at pictures and reading reviews I decided to go with the medium and it fit perfectly. I'm a 36D, 32 waist, 8/10 in pants and am 5'11''. it offers plenty of coverage and is long enough in all areas which was a big concern given how tall I am. most woman's jackets don't fit me right and i often buy men's but i took a chance on this one and glad I did. its comfortable and looks cute too. It hasn't been tested yet in terms of how well it fairs in the rain but I have no intentions of hanging outside during a storm for a long period of time so I'm sure it'll handle some water if I get caught in a quick shower.

I was super impressed by this order. I got this jacket because it was going to rain all through an upcoming trip. I was not prepared for how much I would love this thing. I am 5'9" and 140 lbs and the Medium is the perfect amount of loose for me. The sleeves fit all the way to my wrists, which is usually a huge problem for me. The pockets open from the top, so nothing falls out and the stripes are adorable. I was not prepared for how warm this keeps you! It's not going to be the same as a winter coat or something, but I can go out on a rainy day in just this and be fine. That's saying something for someone who is cold blooded. I love this thing. The extra bit of fabric at the top of the hood is helpful, but I think it looks weird. That would be my only issue with this. Otherwise - two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I ordered the 2X raincoat after using the size chart and it fits perfectly. It's comfortably roomy but you can use the drawstring to cinch the waist for a more defined shape. I've found this coat to be good for rainy weather as the material is water resistant and it also has a hood. The coat feels high-quality and I like the large pockets and inner pinstripes. I also appreciate that this coat has a visor on the hood (to keep the rain out of your face) and it has a drawstring cinch on the hood.
