This soldering station looks well built but it's performance is sub-par. I build Lipo battery packs for my hobby and when it takes 3 to 4 minutes to tin a 14 awg wire that tells me the tip is just not getting hot enough and that's at the highest testing. Sorry but, this thing is going back.

This is my first soldering station actually and it seems very promising from the first use. The material quality is kinda above expectation and that’s a good thing , it gives a very good quality for the price i really liked that.The station reaches the set temperature in just few seconds and it keeps that temperature stable from what i observed, it has a tilt sensor i think so when you leave it for a while it goes to sleep and when you pick it up it wake.To be honest i’m really happy with it and it gives great value for money but as shown in the pictures i got some cracks or broken pieces as you can see , i don’t know what caused that is it used before or something else ? ... anyway that doesn’t affect the station at all but i wish it was perfect with no harm.

I have a Hako for more than 15 years, constant usage and maybe abused but still working fairly good, was time to have a new soldering station, I was surprised with quality and features of this low cost welder, nothing less than my old Hako, I don't expect very long time for this station like my Hako but still worth the money I spent for, this was a fast review for this product, I will update my review later.

Temperature control works well. The last soldering iron I had only worked for a few months. This one has two extra heating elements. Hopefully, with the temperature control, I won't need the extra elements.

They could have spent another 5c to ship a proper (thicker) sponge. Another 5c would have made for better base with room for cleaning wire.

So, I was looking for a heating element that had a point to get into small areas. I use heat soluable topper for my embroidery projects and couldn't find anything that was pointed enough to get into the smaller areas of the flower designs. It could have a more stable base, (it is just plastic) or at least something with a bit more weight to feel safer, but otherwise I really do like it.

It is a good Digital soldering station works very good.It comes with replacement tips.The overall quality is good and powerful.
