Like you, dear cat lover, I was dazzled by the photo, showing a BRIGHT royal blue collar encircled in crystals, and the lovely description: "BRIGHT royal blue." What I got was a DARK navy blue collar with crystals on only a small portion. The workmanship is shoddy and it's just plain ugly!The blue is so dark, no amount of light can make it look as bright as they did (I tried with several halogens.) So they must have doctored the photo in Photoshop. Then they must have tightened it so small no cat could fit in it, then photographed it from an angle showing all 12 of the crystals, so you could not see that most of the collar is actually bare -- no crystals.Of course, I called them on it. Want to see their response?:"The description of the product is exactly as the picture stated. We could only authorize a return request if you ship the item back to us in salable condition. Please note, shipping is non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee associated with the order."-- So I'd get less than $5 back AND it would cost more than that to return it!Of course the description is exactly like the picture, but both the description and the picture are deliberate LIES! Now I see how they get their money. They make it too expensive to return and figure most people will just say "oh well." Only trouble with this policy is that deliberately misrepresenting a product for financial gain is the legal definition of "FRAUD."I know from experience that Amazon does not condone fraud, A long while back they intervened for me in another matter and I was surprised to find they have a whole department dedicated to investigating fraudulent and nefarious behavior on the part of their vendors! I do so love Amazon! Anyway, I will be asking them to look into this vendor, so hopefully, they can prevent anyone else from being ripped off. Cat lovers have to stick together!

This is THE most beautiful collar. The velvet is high quality, and the crystals are FABULOUS!! If you are looking for an "over the top", elegant collar for your cat, HERE IT IS!!!
