Great replacement part
Nice quality unit. Fairly easy installation for one person. Two 24 inch X 1/2 inch rebar rods worked perfectly for adjusting the tension. One note of caution, match up the new spring as close to the old one as you can. I made the initial mistake of trying a larger spring and it really upset the torsion balance. When the larger spring was properly adjusted to open the door it would not unwind enough to let the door close. This spring is a very close match for the original and now everything works like new.

It's a spring that works like it's supposed to
It's a spring that works like it's supposed to. Fits my torsion bar and a few twists and the door works again
