Its a very easy DO NOT BUY item. It costs £30 but it looks like something you buy at the £1 store. The quality is very poor the headstraps dont fit well and slide down making your mask fall off just walking around not even excersizing the actual mechanism is a very poorly fitted plastic valve with no actual rubber to controll the airflow long story short it DOES NOT WORK! Im returning the item after 5 minutes of having it. Its a tottal rip off and a waste of time and money if you want a good mask try to do what ive done and go for the Training Mask Range some of the MK Attitude stuff is really good used by pross and forget this nonsence plastic toy for £30

The product is made up of 3 partsA silicone mouth/nose coverA neoprene strap that attaches to the restriction holeAnd a hard plastic front price that holds them together.The plastic front price came off before I even used it.it does clip back on but comes off almost immediately.However the mask can still be used by keeping the neoprene around the restriction hole and then putting onOnce on the adjustable straps are good as you can get a tight fitThe restriction has 3 levels and functions wellThe mouth guard is a little small i find but if tight enough it will stay in placeI will use it however I probably should of got a better quality oneIf you are a high end athlete avoid!If like me you are doing light cardio it may be ok.I have had better quality ones before however the straps were not adjustable if it wasn't for that feature I would of binned it.
