I was so glad I saw theses anf irfered them. Now I can wear a pair of shoes that ate just a nit too big. They didn't have 1/2 sizes so I went up a size but they were too big. These inserts work perfectly. I REALLY hate returning things!!

I can now go buy cute, new flats or heels without worrying if they will give me blisters on my heels! I love this and wish I had found them sooner!

Adhesive just okay, not a strong stick. Did not work for me, though it could have been the shoe style or fit.

I can see that these would help with padding the heel, but they don't work if your shoes fit! The back is very bulky and so my shoes were too small with this insert in place

They were not what I was expecting and the adhesive isn’t that good but I think it’s not that good so you have the ability to switch the pads from heel to heel which is actually pretty smart I ended up liking them a lot

These work much better than anticipated. Had several pair of cute shoes I couldn't wear due to them causing heal blisters or rubbing my ankle. These fixed all of them! Love these! Fast shipping as well and the price can't be beat.

After you wear them for a while the adhesive loses its strength and it slides off. I'm disappointed.
