The media could not be loaded.  I have used this machine for several weeks, and I am quite satisfied with it.This machine is quite when it's working. The suction power is really good, can suck big things like pasta, even the children's small toy, I feel very surprised when I see it. Come with a remote control, no need to download the app, you can navigate around the house easily. It can clean the wood floors really well and reach the corner, the dust box always has plenty of dust in after use. And it's can find it's way back to the docking station. This machine is a great help to a busy family.

The first robot (named Betty BeenBot - don't ask!) malfunctioned. Customer service were quick to replace and I have had the replacement bot (named Betty 2) a couple of weeks now. The robot is quiet even on turbo mode and is very thorough, not missing spots even when it has to negotiate a tables, chairs etc. Removes all dander and cat hair and gets into those places I can't reach. The mop function is just as good. Whilst you can't use detergent in the waterbath, I use a squirt and mop solution on the floor and let Betty 2 do her thing - leaving a shiny, streak free finish.The only downside is that I have not figured out how to completely robot proof my apartment so have had to rescue the bot from wires and remove things (like the cat food bowls) out of its way. This means I haven't been able to use the programmable function yet - but I am happy even without this given how powerful it is and how much time I save.

Bought this a year ago. Have used it maybe 4 times. Was good when I had the remote because I could set it to mop mode. However the remote was lost and now it won't change functions. Even though I was willing to pay for a remote they couldn't get me just a remote so they sent me another vacuum gratis. Pleased with that customer service.

Cleans ok but mostly on the margins. Skips big spots in the middle of the empty room, with no obstacles. I have to reposition it to do a propper clean on the middle of the room. Mopping is not great either. Leaves areas untouched.

I wasn't able to test it thoroughly before it malfunctioned. It had a charging error but i must give credit to the their customer service team who were incredibly responsive and helpful through the process of trying to sort it out. I am now waiting for a replacement. If the porduct is as good as the service i feel i will be a very satisfied customer.

Very happy with the purchase. The robot works realy well. It cleans thoroughly and doesn't need your attention although you can't take your eyes off it, it's such fun watching it in action. It is low noise and high suction power. It is round but cleans the edges. My friend bought one straight away after seeing mine. Highly recommended!
