This is my bidet! With just a few seconds spray (pressure is adjustable) you can be clean "without" paper (not even to dry the water). I use it to clean my crotch if it gets sweaty during the day and it helps cool the body down. The water is the same water in your shower and sink. It can be used for cleaning small things over the toilet and the toilet itself. I love that it isn't in a fancy expensive box making an unnecessary expense that serves no purpose. It's been on my toilet for almost a year and hasn't leaked. I opted to hang it on the wall versus the toilet tank for easier use and storage. Set it up so the pipe doesn't touch the floor. The hose is responsive, easy to pull and doesn't kink or act annoyingly stiff.

The media could not be loaded.  It was relatively easy to install. The spray is not adjustable. It's all or nothing, and the all is a narrow, strong stream. With this installed, the toilet doesn't fill all the way after a flush.UPDATEI got the sprayer to work and it worked well for over a year. Then our building's water was shut off for a repair. Once it was turned back on the nozzles never fully shut off. It's like the handle is always pressed slightly (see video). Not sure how to fix it. But definitely worth the price.

I didn’t install this bidet myself but my toilet is also outdated so it took longer than usual and also had to buy some spare parts to compensate for it. However, once installed it worked great. No leaks!The only thing is that the photo shows a shiny chrome version but instead I got a matte silver one. My bathroom has chrome handles so I originally got this because it would match. I took off one star for the inaccuracy. I couldn’t wait for a replacement so I just went with it. No regrets though, really love having two jet modes. Highly recommend!

Awesome product! Pretty good quality for the price you pay. You can easily control the water flow.

I really like the 2 functioning sprayer head. The installation was easy, but the T-adapter started leaking. So I had to open the adapter and use a lot of Teflon tape to stop the leakage. Overall, I am happy with this product which only costs $19.99.

I bought this a few months ago because my friend said they liked theirs. I had been putting off installing it and when I finally went to go do it I can't even use the damn thing. There are either screws missing or the wrong parts were included because I couldn't even put together the toilet holder. The screws aren't long enough to screw in the piece that holds the nozzle so now I have a bidet I can't do anything with. I even bought the "upgraded" version, upgrade where?

Works Perfectly..Good quality and comes with all the parts needed. Easy to install and use.

We tried every way of installing this (from overtightened to over-loosened), none works to stop the leaking.We bought separate industry-grade teflon tapes to deal with this but it just slows down the dripping, not stops completely.We ended up put a small bowl under the t-adapter to catch the water dripping and empty the bowl when it's full.The leaking is due to the poor design of the part that connects to the toilet. The pipe thread should have rubber band on both side, not just one side towards the toilet like this.*** Updated: It stopped leaking after 2 weeks. Maybe the teflon tapes expanded a bit with the water and sealed the leak? Remember to buy teflon tapes separately (industrial grade ones) for this, and cover the part that connects to the toilet bowl's tank with it. Good luck!

The metal below the hand wash just slipped off without any pressure and punctured the rubber hose underneath causing a massive spill in our second floor washroom! Will have to have drywall repair in our main floor ceiling due to this!Buyer beware as the QC of this product is atrocious and can cause hundreds if not thousands of damage in your home.

It's a great product to use and install and is soft. However, the reason for cutting down 1 star was that they did not include screws in the package that are required to get the 2 holder parts together. I had to separately purchase them for 5$ which is wierd. All required items like screws must have been included in the package.

Terrible product. The hose broke in less than one month.

After 3 months it is not working and now how I can return?. It is not a good quality product, not recommended.
