Its sooo "frozen" I actually thought there was a ball in the container. It's a hardened up. It's not powder. Now I have to figure out how to use it. If it's even worth using?

I really like this product, it’s great to make raspberry macarons. It’s a good price too considering that you don’t need too much of the powder to give taste to your recipe. Next time I need it, i’ll buy again from this company.

Fruiron freeze-dried Raspberry powder is excellent. I made Raspberry Crackle sauce for a parfait topping for an ice cream fundraiser I was helping with. Beautifully coloured the sauce a gorgeous pink colour that went perfect with the Raspberry cheesecake ice cream. The colour stood out distinctly and inspired lots of questions. Definitely will buy it again even though it seems expensive, you don't need much to add colour. Best of all it's real. Real colour, real flavour, you can clearly taste the raspberry. Great product and will try other flavours soon. Should add that it came promptly as the order said it would. Perfect condition.

it is costly but when you think about it, taking freeze dried raspberries and making them into a powder would take alot of raspberries which are normally not super cheap so i think i can justify some of the cost. the container was small yet bigger than i thought it might be. the colour is vibrant red and hoping and trusting that when they say it's just raspberries, that it is. flavourful, added to cookie dough and gave a light flavour of raspberries to the dough. i am happy with trying this out. i bought whole freeze dried raspberries too and added them crushed a bit, to granola which was tasty as well. i'd give this a 4.5/5.

I’ve been using this amazing product very sparingly when making Keto desserts and fat bombs, they give an intense raspberry flavour and I try to use it as sparingly as possible because I found the price to be extremely high. However despite the price I don’t think there is anything comparable out there and I love that is all natural, no sugar added.

I used this for making butter cream icing on a raspberry cake. Great flavour - much better than artificial flavouring. You only need a small amount - 10 mL in the icing to get the raspberry flavour to pull through.
