I have been sleeping with the Avenco Adjustable pillow in King size for a week now. I have to be honest I was skeptical when I bought it, since I have tried so many pillows and never found the one that was good enough for me. I live in USA but I am originally from Italy and the pillows in Italy are different from the pillows in USA so I had hard time to adjust, for the last 18 years I could never find a pillow that I really liked. I hate soft pillows, I hate thick pillows, I like them firm but not too high and it is impossible to find them the way I like. I recently had a neck surgery and a lumbar surgery, so to have a good mattress and a good pillow are really important to me. The first night I slept with the Avenco pillow I just kept it how it was shipped, but in the morning my neck was sore. The following night I removed some of the filling and make it with a lower profile. It did the trick! It is just perfect, you can adjust it the way that you prefer, I adjusted mine so that it's not too high and it doesn't sink either. It doesn't push against my head so no more pressure and no more headache. I have been sleeping like a baby since then, I wake up rested and no more soreness in my neck or back. I was also pleased that it was offered in king size, because it is very difficult to find king size pillows with memory foam. I would recommend it. It does work for me, hope this will help others to decide.

It is a pillow that can be customized to my personal preference. I took out some of the filling to make it lower for myself. I am a side sleeper, it has good support for my neck, recommended!The softness is good, it not the softest pillow, but it needs the medium firm filling to support the neck.The only complain I have is the odor when I first get it, I couldn’t use it for the first week.

I had read the reviews and decided to give this pillow a try as after all not that expensive. I have slept on this miracle pillow for two nights and no shoulder pain at all of a morning. I have terrible shoulder pain and have not been able to find a pillow that works until now. I just ordered two more and this has been the best two nights of rest I have had in a long time. I was so surprised about it all and the cost is beyond reasonable.

I've had this for nearly two months and although the pillow should be aired out a few days before using, you'll be happy you waited. Until now, I have had a difficult time finding a pillow that provides enough support without being a solid mass of foam. The Avenco pillow is a keeper. Added benefit is that they include a package of extra foam in case you want to increase the filling for more support.

I taught all the other reviewer would have gotten this right, but NOT!This product is right up there with "made in china crap" -- The fumes on the product is extreme and if you want to risk your health, go ahead " use at your own risk".Your health is too much important for you to take a risk on this product!Even after airing it out for 1 week, it still stink of chemical.

Very nice, very comfortable and seems well made...it’s rather heavy though which caught me off guard, but it’s very fluffy and looks great in the sham on my bed...I should have ordered 2! FYI it’s fluffier and weighs more than the “my pillow” pillow, although this one is adjustable (comes with extra foam you can add if needed or remove if it’s too fluffy)

I bought this pillow because it promised to keep it's shape. The pillow does not keep it's shape and I have to constantly fluff it throughout the night. The only good thing was that it didn't get hot like other memory foam pillows. I'm glad this pillow worked for others but annoyed it was a waste of time, money and sleep for me. It's going back.

Received it at 2140 (that's 9:40 PM and was using it by midnight. Very soft to the touch but quite supportative and comfortable. I noticed no order, that was the first thing I checked after removing plastic bag. I am a side sleeper and sleep my 8 hours and never moved all night.
