High concentration of Fullerene C60 80 mg/100 ml Laboratory grade glass container with sterilised glass doser A fullerene (also, fulerene) is a carbon molecule that can adopt a geometric shape that reminiscent of a sphere, ellipsoid, tube (called nanotubo) or ring. The fullerenes are similar to graphite, made up of bound hexagonal ring leaves, but containing pentagonal and sometimes heptagonal rings, which prevents the blade from flat. Fullerenes are the third stable molecular shape known from carbon, behind the graphite and diamond. C60 oil has been shown to prolong its life expectancy in rats by approximately 90%. The rejuvenating effect of the C60 lies in its ability to interact with various free radicals, that is, it acts as a free radical remover. For oral administration, the C60 powder must be dissolved in a high quality food grade oil such as olive, linase, avocado or coconut oil. For high bioavailability, it is required to be encapsulated in liposomes (nanocarriers of lipids). C60 molecules are known for their extremely low solubility in water, but even when the C60 is mixed in vegetable oil, it does not have a good bioavailability. This makes it difficult to formulate supplements with the desired anti-aging effects. To overcome the problem of low bioavailability, C60 molecules should be encapsulated in liposomes. Ultrasonic emulsion is an effective technique well established to form nanoglobes and liposomes. The C60 liposomal shape has a higher bioavailability. The liposomes charged with C60 are water-soluble, so the liposoma-C60 complex can be subsequently processed to produce other water-based formulations.
