Does not remove my eyeliner.

This does an okay job at removing eye makeup. You definitely have to work at it a bit (especially with waterproof makeup), but it's not the worst I've used.However, this burned my eyes like nothing else. I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients, it just BURNS, even if you keep your eyes shut tight while using it and wash away the residue before opening them. Even the tiniest amount makes it hurt like hell. When I first bought this, I tried to suck it up and use it anyway, but by the end of the first week my eyes were constantly red and burning, from the moment I woke up in the morning.After that, I stopped using it on my eyes and used it only to remove face and/or lip makeup. It did that just fine. After a couple weeks, though, it began to stink. Not bad perfume stink, but putrid rotten garbage stink. Usually I don't care what a product smells like, but this smelled like I had pulled it out of the compost. I know this is more of a natural product, so perhaps it just went bad; however, there was no expiration date on it.Despite the stench, I did manage to finish both bottles (FINALLY), but I will never, ever buy it again. Two stars for doing a fair job at its intended purpose.
