Q: Why is the status as delivered when I never got my package??

I have had this issue with a couple of packages and found my parcels were being left on my doorstep for the world to see, so we’re probably taken!!! I love Amazon but this is something I am never impressed with

Q: I am a side sleeper and I am looking for a pillow to bring me a better night's sleep. Is it comfortable?

If your not a fidgety sleeper then this is perfect, however if you move from one side to another many times during the night, then i would not recommend this. You have to remove part of the pillow from between your legs turn then pull back the pillow.

Q: Can you buy just the cover?

This comes with the cover and mattress. The cover has a zip so it's washable

Q: How firm is this? I sleep on a orthopaedic mattress and need something to a similar firmness

It is more like a pillow rather than a mattress when it comes to firmness. I think the image is slightly misleading, ours was not as tight fitting and full as that one. A good pillow though.
