I drive for AAA for a living and this thing WILL SAVE someones paint from being thrashed by a greenpea trying to do a lockout .If you're a contract station for AAA , a roadside or tow company , or an independent contractor , invest in this .I'm thinking you have been around for a while and have seen your fare share of scratches done by the reach tools and the repair bills that follow ... It happens to everyone .I know what you're thinking"Only greenpeas scratch cars !"Shut up ... Just shut up . These are great. I am on my 3rd one because they break after a while. It's only plastic and bending it over and over, the crease will split. So if you think you will be using it alot, you may want to order more than one. I hope they never stop making this, don't know what i will use in its place.

Does a good job of protecting the paint when using the lockout tool. Does a better job when I put a light coat of baby powder on the lock out tool. Tool does not have a tendency to stick or rub the door gasket as bad
