The old faucet used 4 holes in faux stone counter top. The sprayer was the last hole. The new faucet has integrated sprayer, only 3 holes, so I needed something to fill the 4th hole. The Moen brand was 4 times higher priced. This one looks great and is very well made. Large and sturdy soap tank, quality threaded metal connector, and a metal dispenser head. I like that the head pops off to allow for easy refill - no need to ever get under the sink again. Works well. Easily exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

I was very disappointed that the pump quit working so soon. Nothing is wrong with the reservoir so I just needed another pump. I wrote to the seller and they responded in a timely manner and honored the 1 year warranty by sending a new unit.

The finish was good, however, it started to fail after several weeks, even after cleaning it as recommended it failed.

Easy to install. Works great.Bigger soap bottle would be better. Still, can't go wrong.

Well packaged. Arrived quickly. Build quality looked good. Downside: Very weak plunger return spring. Even with watered down soap (to make soap a lower viscosity), very slow plunger return. This week the white paint finish started to peal off on the stem. Disappointed. Will be more selective on it's replacement.

My old pump was shot, I would push the pump ten time to make the soap come out. I LOVE this new soap dispenser. After months of dealing with the old pump, I have to remind myself to go gently. One soft touch is all I need for dishes or to wash my hands. It looks great also with my chrome and black kitchen facet.

We primarily use the dishwasher so this unit did not see extensive use these past six months. We only use the basic Dawn or Palmolive dish soaps in it. Yesterday the dispenser spout started wobbling around. After looking at it closer I could see it had come unscrewed. I thought it could be screwed back in, but it turns out the threads stripped right out of the housing! You can see in the pictures part of the threads unraveling and coming out through the top.Unfortunately it is useless now. No idea how this could have happened other than very poor manufacturing. I would say don't waste your money on this one and try to find another product that holds up better. I am still looking for one.EDIT: Company reached out to me and offered a complete replacement pump free of charge. Upgrading rating from 1 star to 3 stars for the service and the new pump seems to be holding up well so far. If it outlasts the original one, I'll upgrade the rating again.

I bought these to replace worn out old ones of a different brand. These look sleek, function very well, and deliver soap (or lotion) without a battle. Best ones I ever had - at least so far.
