Love my new bed

I bought this bed because an influencer had it on her page. It’s a beautiful bed however on the ig I got the bed from the headboard was a lot taller. I have this in once of my airbnbs so I’m not going to return it. I think it’s very pretty and sturdy but the headboard is a lot lower than I expected.

The bed overall is not too bad, it came in damaged., I'm expecting guest in the next few days and had to take time off work for the guys to install the bed, because they showed up 3 hrs earlier than expected. They seemed like nice enough guys, after they were done arguing about how they were going to get the box through the door,I also didn't get the impression they knew how to install what looks like a fairly easy bed to put together. It took over an hour as they worked through the directions trying to figure out what peice goes where. That's unfortunate because I paid for " professional " delivery & installation.

Beautiful bed, seems very sturdy and well built. We were shocked at the amount of hardware and pieces for the king size bed, it took us around two hours to assemble (we consider ourselves handy) but the end result is worth it. Each of the 42 slats is secured on both sides! We bought a damaged box product for a considerable discount and found everything was there and the bed was perfect! Velvet is very soft, no annoying marks when touched. I’m glad I bought it, I had been considering beds 3x the price. One thing I couldn’t tell in the photos was if you could see the middle supports on the king bed from the side; you can’t, they are well hidden underneath.

wow!! this emerald green is stunning.. it's more beautiful in person. I had Amazon put it together for me in my home and they had it up in about half hour (two guys) and did a great job. the only thing is that I'll either need a rug under my bed or some non -slip pads under the feet because it does slide if I lean up against the bed. overall, great value for the money.

I love the design of this bed but unfortunately when I received the item the velvet fabric had scratches on it on the front and on the headboard side. I saw past it because the bed is honestly beautiful. Now a month in and the frame that held the mattress fell apart as I laid on it. This is honestly a completely fail in product. Not only did it arrive damaged but within a month it fell apart. I ordered a new metal bed frame and it didn’t fit because of the weird awkward the feet are framed in this bed. After a day of trying to figure out with the drill and a few zip ties we made it work. Honestly no one should be going through this trouble for a bed. I was offered to return it and they will come pick it up but unfortunately with CODVI-19 I am not risking someone coming in my home to take a bed. Because I’m assuming if they come to pick it up they also take it apart. But I’m limited into getting a new bed during this criss since everything is closed so I unfortunately lose but the upside we made it work by spending an extra 160 in a new metal bed frame.Update: I wish I can add a picture of the broken wood on the bed frame and the fabric issues but for some reason I don’t have that option to add a picture now.

Had this bed for a few months now. Box came badly ripped and I don't know how but we were lucky nothing was damaged. This bed has been awesome for us. It is just as pictured as far as color. The feel of the upholstery is amazing. The assembly was easy enough but did take some time close to 2 hrs. I suppose one person could assemble but definitely easier with two sets of hands. We have no had any issues with any of the pieces breaking and the bed is sturdy. This was a big gamble for me as it was my first furniture purchase online, but this time it paid off and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

The shipment was very heavy so be prepared especially if you have stairs- I'm in a 4th story walk up. Good instructions. Looks great. The soft velvet is lovely. Two pieces were missing from the shipment. Two of the crossbars didn't arrive causing it to bow out a bit. A rearranging of the 3 included has helped. Will contact the very accessible customer service rep and am hoping the two pieces labelled "F" can be sent along easily.
