I've struggled with insomnia for over 2 1/2 decades. I no longer take prescription sleeping pills for my insomnia, but I do take OTC sleeping pills. Many times, its still not enough.Stress is a huge factor that contributes to my bouts of insomnia. Many nights, I am unable to fall asleep until well into the A.M. hours. We're talking 3:00-4:00 a.m. before I can finally drift off. Sometimes, I get very lucky and fall asleep and stay asleep for a few hours. I love when that happens. But during spring, summer and fall months, many times, when I finally fall asleep around 3:00-4:00 a.m., I wake up soon after due to noise and light streaming in the house. My home is surrounded by HUGE pine trees. And that means birds. A LOT of birds. And they start singing/chirping VERY early in the morning. We also have woodpeckers. I used to think woodpeckers were so cute. And they are cute....but NOT when they peck on the outside of my house at 5:00, soon after I've finally drifted off to sleep! And its even worse when the peck away on metal rain gutters! (Yes, they really do this) Despite being surrounded by tall pine trees, the bedroom takes a direct hit from the sun for hours in the morning. Not only do I have chirping and pecking birds preventing me from sleeping, I have the bright sunlight interfering as well!And now I'm going to embarrass myself and show my age by telling you that when I learned about the sleep eye mask with bluetooth wireless headphones, I was floored. I had NO clue something like this existed! Obviously, I've heard of and even used sleep masks but i had no clue they came with bluetooth wireless /headphones! This is a win-win for me as it takes care of the noise AND sunlight issues I experience which contribute to my insomnia.The eye mask is unbelievably soft. The velcro strap allows you to easily adjust the mask so it fits the way you want it to. The headphones are inside the mask but they will not bother you-they won't get it in the way or feel uncomfortable. . You can move them around to your liking/comfort. The mask comes with the USB cable, simply plug it into bluetooth and you're good to go.! The mask makes everything DARK, and the headphones do a fabulous job of drowning out all surrounding sounds!I seriously thought this mask would be expensive. When you consider all aspects of this mask...the softness/comfort, adjustable headphones, bluetooth wireless,, its absolutely STUNNING to me that this mask costs less than $20.00. I do NOT know how that is possible! That price is cheaper than having to buy a mask (a COMFORTABLE one), headphones, bluetooth, USB combined!If your sleep is interrupted for any reason...traveling, insomnia, illness...whatever the reason, do yourself a favor and BUY THIS MASK! You need your sleep. You need a good, restful sleep each night and this mask WILL help you achieve that.! It's worth every single penny.

I got these to drown out bright lights at night and early morning. I also was hoping it would kill the snoring sound from the noisy snoring bear next to me. It does work well with the light that come into the room. I will say these work. They block out the light and dull his loud slumbering noises. The music or sound you choose will last between 8 and 9 hours after being charged for 2.5 hours. It is a longer charge time but it s worth a peaceful sleep.It is made of a soft washable material, just remove the speaker and replace it after its dried. There is an adjustable elastic strap to secure it into place.Comes with the mask, a pouch, charging cable and instructions.It charges USB style, you need to have a base or computer to charge it.

Pros: very soft and comfortable, easy to adjust, controls are easy to use and not intrusive in how they sit on your face. Charging cord is easy to access and the whole unit can be removed so you can wash the fabric separately. Sound quality is acceptable - not amazing but not awful like the cheap speakers on some other masks I've tried and returned.Cons: Technically the battery life is great, but the mask won't auto-shut off if left on with nothing playing. All my other bluetooth items auto-shut off after a period of inactivity, conserving the battery. If this mask did that, I would probably only need to recharge it once a week because I only play a 2 hour track to fall asleep to. Instead the mask stays on all night and is dead by the next day - if I don't remember to plug it back in to charge in the morning before I got to work, I can't use it again the next night (I mean... I can, but I can't listen to anything, so I just put it back on the charger). For this reason I took off one star.Otherwise is a great mask and would recommend so long as you remember to charge it every day!

Liked them so much that when I couldn't find the first one I had gotten, I ordered a second one. It paired up easily to my iPod and lasts all night. The speakers are smaller in diameter than the ones I had in my wired set, but they are not uncomfortable. I had been using wired ones for sleeping and would find it annoying when I got the wires twisted up. The guts can be taken out for washing the band. My other pair accidentally wound up in the washer and I was afraid they were dead, but after drying out for a couple of days, came on and worked just as well as before.

This was even better than I expected it to be. I thought this was going to essentially be a repurchase of a similar pair I bought a few years ago. Needed to replace it cuz the battery ran out. Got the ones with the puffy eye things at first, but I wear a CPAP and I couldn’t comfortably wear the mask with the CPAP.But these work perfect with my CPAP. I use the full face amara view mask where, instead of covering your nose, your nose sits on a cushion.There’s just enough padding that the earphones aren’t uncomfortable and it covers a LOT. There’s no light getting thru that.I’ve only had them a couple of days, so this is just an initial review, but should anything change I shall update accordingly.

This eye mask has built In speakers that can be moved around to your liking. The volume doesn’t get too loud as there is a max volume beep. The charge lasts a long time, I listen to podcasts at night and even after falling asleep, in the morning the battery is still good. I charge my sleep mask about every two weeks. The band that goes around the head is Velcro and adjustable, so if you like a tight fit or loose fit, they’re for you!

This headband is GREAT! I like to watch videos or listen to music in bed after everyone is asleep. Now I don't disturb them, and I can hear the dialog better, too.It's comfortable, easy to wear (although sometimes it gets hot to wear - add some vent holes maybe?) and doesn't get in the way.The battery life is extremely good. I wear it overnight every night, and the battery decreases only by 30% or so. Wonderful!
