Glad I gave these a try! I was a C-ish size prior to my double mastectomy and purchased the teardrop in a XL They do the trick! Easy to wash and fit great in the sportsbra/bralettes that I have that have the removable flat inserts! They are light and comfortable! Ordered multiple sets! I have worn these with swimsuits and they worked fine. The beige bra is a jockey bralette and the grey one is a secret treasures from Wmart. Just slightly fold the inserts to get them in and fit into place. I wear these all the time now instead of the silicone ones I got after my mastectomy. Granted, I am/was not a large breasted gal, so I dont know how others would feel if they were pretty endowed prior to their mastectomy using these. I am 5'7" and 165 lbs. I dont wear super tight forming shirts, but I do wear these with female fit type shirts. If you get these type of bras for the inserts, you can wear a V neck type top and you cant see the bra. For camisole type tops, there is another jockey bralette that works for those type tops that these fit into. I have found through trial and error that with cotton forms, and sports bras/bralettes, you need a snug fitting bra. Sometimes they will ride up, but I used to pull my old bras down every now and then too. I bought enough bras and forms to last the week, I keep the forms in the bra and I throw the whole thing into the wash with my clothes, then into the dryer for about 10 minutes and then let them air dry the rest of the way. So far so good! I am able to run, hike, bike, work, wear racerback tops with these inserts and those type of bras.

Perfect in all ways. Light weight, great shape. Excellent buy.

Regrettably, too large and don't really represent the subtly of the shape of a breast.

Why did I buy it:Post bilateral mastectomy, exploring different options. I have not had professional advice or fitting at this stage. A-B cup. Looking for something to insert in old sports bras, camisoles & go. Looking for inexpensive solutions.How did it work:Lightweight, rigid foam. Teardrop shape, A cup size perfect. Well made, washable. Ow, the rigid, stiff perimeter edge seam made thisunbearable with post surgery, super sensitive skin. Cannot cut off seam edge without compromising entire form so resorted to covering some of the edge with 3M tape & crossing fingers it works.Not for newly post surgical but promise down the roadVerdict: Not for the immediate post surgical chest wall even in an insert because of rough outer perimeter seam. I do see a a use in future with further healing. Gals looking for just a boost should be fine but I don’t see why this is advertised as a surgical solution due to the perimeter seam.

Uncomfortable but better than nothing. I could not wear all day too rigid. I thought they seemed small for the size I ordered. They were lightweight but I prefer them to have more weight to them.

Light weight, natural form. I bought a second pair. As a double mastectomy cancer survivor, I wear these daily to work.I tried silicone prothesis but found them to be too heavy for petite me. These are perfectly comfortable.

The "solid spiral" is extremely off as far as sizing goes. These are definitely *not* C/D cup. They're more like a B, at best. Additionally, no matter how I rotate nor arrange them, their shape is extremely unnatural, with a weird dent on the outer side above where the extension sticks out. It doesn't look nor feel right at all. They're comfortable, I'll give them that. But what's the point if they look misshapen?

Clean and package is in good condition. It will be good if the item can sell left or right as I need the right side only. Overall shopping experience, good.

The quality and materials looks good, but the shape is a bit strange, and I need one size bigger.

Was looking for a sponge form that can take a bit more wear and tear than silicone. I think they work best as sleep forms, or light movement, because while the fit is right, you need the right bra keeping them in place. I can't work out in them, they slowly lift up, which don't happen with silicone.The biggest problem is for half the price I got three pairs of different sized foam forms close to these, so i can't recommend buying them. if you're going to cheap out, go find the right Chinese reseller for you.
