(TMI alert)as a female I have always had incredibly heavy periods. It was not uncommon for them to last up to 10 days with golf ball to at worst case scenario soft ball size clots coming out of me that made me want to pass out. Ive lived this way for almost 15 years.Now that I've started taking this my periods are maybe 4-5 days, bleeding is minimal, and the clots are maybe dime sized and maybe only a few per period. This is what normal women experience?! I have always been so ashamed and upset because of the burden and stress I was dealing with. Where the hell was this for the last 15 years?! For this reason alone I will keep buying it until it isnt made any more. I am no longer constantly afraid I will bleed through a super plus tampon and overnight pad in two hours. I only take two a day but yes it made that kind of a difference for me.Other things of note:My face thinned out some from what everyone has been saying. Ive always had a round face no matter how thin I've been so thats a nice added bonus. Also my hair has seemingly grown faster (albeit drier but eh easily solved) but I'm telling you, if you are female, its worth trying to see if it can help you when it comes to that time of the month.I bought four bottles. I will be stocking up incase another shut down happens. Food water...toilet paper(baby wipes are better... Just saying)...and these- and I'm all set. I never want to be without these EVER again.

Haven't had any results or felt any different

For some, may not feel benefits as some as I did, as quickly. But, I was seriously off. So, needless to say: to get results or relief from symptoms from this, within a relatively short time, was a huge benefit!!! I would suggest to people to also incorporate lymphatic massage/brushing. (There's a 5piece set I'll be reviewing, worthwhile investment.) I do three a day,, minimum. It makes a noticeable difference! Invest in your health, you'll be glad you did!

I was offered a 50% coupon from the seller after this initial purchase, but I don't want to except it simply because I want my reviews to be beyond reproach! I will not purchase an item according to reviews where discounts have been offered trust goes out the window for me! Now that being said I have been taking this item for about a week now and to my surprise I have not been so tired in the afternoons and I feel that this being the only thing I have added to my day that it has something to do with it. I like this product a lot, not only because of what it is, but because it works for me. I feel i have more energy from this supplement and I also get peace of mind due to the fact that it's so highly concentrated in trace minerals and vitamins, etc, that I know it's filling in nutritional voids no matter how well I eat!
