Aligning the screen seems to effect touch response greatly. Fortunately, if you're careful, you can lift it off the phone without breaking it and realign it. I did break one of the two while trying to get it aligned correctly, however the second I was able to get aligned well enough. It still effected touch sensitivity so I had to push a little harder than I would have hoped. Side note though that I recently discovered, the Note 9 does have a sensitivity setting that boosts the sensitivity of the touchscreen specifically for use with screen protectors.Will it help protect your screen? Yes, from scratches and small drops.

This screen protector works well if you don't have a case on your phone. Unfortunately for me I am very protective of my phone so I never run it without a case unless I am at home. The protector just seems to be a bit too tall and wide for any case the protects the edges of the device. The adhesive also seems to be very weak, I've had it lift up several times already. Overall would recommend only if you don't plan on using a case.

I received a cracked protector, seller is professional, they replaced it for me. However a couple of comments about it:1. Edges do not stick very well on the screen. I believe the glue applied to edges is not of great quality.2. The protector still shows finger prints as any other product, so the manufacturer is not honest saying it does not show finger prints.

This works as intended and I would purchase again.

Love these screen protectors, and this is our go to brand. I, however, messed up... should have thought about the case I got for my phone.. they don't work too well together. But that's my bad. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend these screen protectors. We've used them through numerous phones, and we've always been extremely satisfied.

These are okay the adhesive is not the greatest but will hold up for just your basic office and school use atmosphere but not great for in the industrial or construction dust and debree will eventually get under the screen like I had happen after only being on for 4 days

Could not seem to position glass not to trigger the light sensor. Although many glass screens have a problem adhering, this one seems to especially have a problem, thus causing touch screen issues.
