Great adhesion
I'm using this around some wood storm windows I made for our enclosed porch. Very sticky and effective - I'm assuming should last a long time!

Very Sticky
Overall I am super happy with the product - it was easy to use and the adherence is really good. I used it to seal up my window unit air conditioner and it was very easy to maneuver around the cover. I can definitely feel the difference now that cold air is not blowing in. I do think it's a bit price-y for the amount you get - I ended up needed multiple rolls, but so far it's not peeling off or anything which is most important!

Great window blockage

No advhesive on insulation
There were no adchevise glue on insulation so it didn’t work on the door waste of money and time

This stuff can be used for EVERYTHING! Like fixing Car Rattles!
This foam strip is SO versatile and can work for a ton of things. The foam is very pliable and squishy and can be cut and formed to fit anywhere.Got a cabinet that's rattling or slams closed too hard? Cut a piece of this and put it on there.Got an annoying car rattle? Put some of this inside of the panel that is rattling. The weather seal on your house doors coming off leaving a gap? You got it, put some of this there.Don't want your trash can sliding around? Put on some make-shift feet with this stuff. And yes I've also used this to seal a window air unit and that worked great too!

as close to Honda EPT sealer as i've seen
if you're like me and use Honda EPT tape for everything this stuff is a very close matach, just doesn't come in flat sheets.

1/16th smaller than posted size. 1/2" was slightly smaller.
Measure perfectly, I may have to double up now but product is pretty good. I needed it to be soft and not high density as there will not be force applied against it so it needs to give easily to seal properly. This was a little bit firmer than in the video but I think they were just applying more pressure. It is definitely softer than high density. Be sure before ordering! Adhesion is pretty good as well.*It's packed in a circle but at the end of the coil it kinks the foam every few inches. You will have a foot of useless foam if needed to be even for insulation/air gap sealing use.

Used it for door trim on my condo. Works great.
Bought a condo that was around 30 years old. Looked like the foam seal on the door to the hall was original. Peeled it off and it turned to dust. Did a simple wipe down of the door frame. Nothing elaborate and no soap or anything.Peels the adhesive back a little on the tape, slowly applied it to the door frame. Made a fantastic seal. When I open my door on certain days, I can feel the suction between the air in my condo and the air in the hallway. Seems to be making a perfect seal.

Not adhesive enough to stay in place
I can’t attest to the thermal efficiency, as the adhesive is not strong enough to properly keep it in place. I would suggest avoiding if there will be any sort of friction, and reserve it only to areas where the door would press on it without any lateral rubbing. It pretty much disintegrated after a few times opening and closing the door. Not impressed!
