Product looks great, fits great and very easy to install. Comes with everything you need, includes new hot and cold supply lines. However, unfortunately I must have gotten one with a bad diverter in the cartridge as the cold water works fine but just a dribble on the hot water side. Sending it back for a replacement. Make sure to tighten all the fittings at the connections where the go into the faucet handle, as they all were just hand tight. Overall a good product and happy with the look and feel. Sometimes a bad apple just slips by. Hopefully the replacement works well. I will update review after installing replacement faucet.**** UPDATE ****Amazon sent me a replacement and shipped it out to me on one day delivery. I swapped out the faucet and now everything runs perfect. No dings to manufacturer ...sometimes you just get a failure once in awhile. Customer service took care if it ASAP and even sent new one before I returned the old one, so I wouldn't be without a kitchen faucet during the wait. AAA+++ on the service.

I've got a black-and-white kitchen theme going and this high-arc black faucet looks good and works really well with my large farmhouse style sink. The sprayer feels powerful and is easy to move and replace in the holding stem. The construction is solid and feels good in the hand. It was straightforward to install, no issues there.

I've been a plumber for 27 years so install was simple, 30 min swap out for my old faucet with no additional material needed. This is not a $500 top of the line faucet so I had my doubts about quality but just wanted something to dress up my laundry tub and for under $50 why not. This thing is made pretty decent I know it will perform well for quite some time as we don't use it constantly. Not sure I would put it in my kitchen for everyday use but for the cost I guess you could replace it every couple years and still be saving money.

They did some little things on this faucet that impressed me. It's a good design, installs easily and works well. I like the idea of the 'Pause' button, but wish it would be 'self-locking', i.e., I don't have to continue to hold it down to stop the water flow. The only minor issue is that the faucet 'post' moves sideways/back and forth a fair amount and I have some concern that this may leak over time, but that's just speculation. Haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

The hardest part was removing the old faucet! It installed easily, I was a little worried because the instructions were fairly brief but it was straight forward, they even have a sticker to tell you where to put the counter weight! I did not need anything more than a regular wrench to tighten the connections to the cold and hot water supplies. I did have a small leak, but that was simply because I hadn't tightened the connection enough, after tightening it was fine. Obviously it's not a high end faucet but it looks nice and it's functional.
