Good product, attach packing list. Reliable product
Racold should attach packing list as safety valve is not part of geyser.Geyser is good, heats up well. Gives warm water after 15 min in cold winter , ambient is 11c. Works as described.

The geyser can give back got water even after switched off many hours ago we discovered this one for our house in the hills and that's actually a boon

Amazon great in service but worst experience with racold customer care
It's about the installationGot it from Amazon but when called racold company for free installation, the technician called and said that it will be chargeable service call as we have taken it from Amazon. What a shame.Here is the number +919869389352

I must say I am happy with it
after few months of use, I must say I am happy with it. Fast heating, by the time you finish shaving, water is hot enough. Look standard, nothing fancy about it. can't comment on electricity consumptionNo temp. adjustment. it comes as factory set. anyone knows how to set it would be helpful.
