Statue was a gift for Confirmation. We were really pleased with how solid it was and how nice it was.

Nice detail and size, very impressive gift for First Communion.

The features of the face are exquisite. The details are truly refined. The material is very nice quality and sufficiently weighty.The boy to whom I gave it because he took the name 'Andrew' for Confirmation liked it very much! I included a brief biography of the sculptor in his gift card so that he could truly appreciate the artistic merit of this copy of a famous sculpture. Thank you for making something so lovely affordable and available!

Very detailed statue, has nice weight to it and appears to be well-made - I am very pleased with it. I consider myself picky with statuary, especially with the painted ones (many times the face and eyes make or break a statue for me). This one obviously has no painting, but I like it better than most. This was purchased for a First Communion, and it made for a very nice gift. I will add that there is a huge (over $60!) price variance from the Amazon sellers ... I found it on Amazon for $27.99 through Atlantic Collectibles (with Prime shipping). Comparing to other smaller statues, as well as others who carry this particular statue, it was well worth that price.
