Kinda hard to read, but also just a d20. Bothing special, but still a d20

I bought a set of these to use for Frostgrave because I needed some thematically appropriate D20s, and on the whole I'm pleased with my purchase. I don't need all five, so I gave two of them to my kid for their dice collection and they were thrilled, but I have found they're even LESS readable straight out of the packaging than the product photos indicate (see below for explanation). I took the time to paint in the numbers on one of the dice with a bright blue and that has helped some, but even with that effort it's still a little hard to read at a distance. The problems aren't bad enough to knock off more than one star for me, but if you are visually impaired and/or don't want to do any extra painting, you might find them more serious.Pros:-Excellent value for the price-High on coolness factor-Substantial, but not so heavy I'm worried about accidentally smashing miniaturesCons:-Much more translucent than expected-Inking on the numbers and embellishments not as clear and dark as pictured-Require some work to bring out their potential

It is SO hard to read the numbers quickly that they're impractical for regular gaming use. That said, I used them as part of a gift of rulebooks etc for my friends and they were a hit! They're also good to up the tension as a Big Decision Die *because* they take so long to read!

Not at all disappointed for the money they ended up being really cool but the size is completely wrong the picture I posted is Titan dice I also purchased the black one is 25 mm the white one is not but still a good value for the money

The dice are a little hard to read and are lighter than I thought they would be, overall a unique design though. I hope the person I got them for is pleased with them.

Bought these as a gift and was nearly tempted to keep at least one for myself. They look even better in person and the recipient was very pleased. They are, however, not easy to read at a glance as the numbers blend well with the "battle-scarred" design. This is not a complaint, as it's part of the aesthetic and they look pretty freakin' awesome. Just a heads up.

Great value for the price! I gave them as gifts. Numbers are hard to read at a distance. They are bigger than a normal sized die. I love them.

Some significant pock marks take a star off, and with a little time and a paint pen the numbers can be highlighted differently than the embellishments. Out of the box their fine, but it takes some work to make them good.
