The tag is as described, except the text on the back is crooked, and almost off the tag. I would include a picture of the text, but it has my contact info (tel. #). I'd say it's probably 15+ degrees off center and falling off the lower left edge of the tag.It's not a deal breaker for me, and you can still clearly read all the info.The tag seems really solid. The engraving/etching is quality. It is so sharp that as first I thought it was only printed on. It was only after I removed it from the packaging and rubbed my finger over it that I could feel it was really done sharply with a great edge. The lettering is also dark and easy to read.I don't know that I would recommend this tag to others considering the crooked lettering on the back. That said, I am not returning it either.I will also note that it shipped very fast. The morning after ordering, it was marked as shipped, and arrived a couple days later. I suppose it would be worth it to have waited an extra day or two for it to arrive, so as to have some quality control on the engraving.

(I order the small bow-tie that fits Ro, who is a medium sized cat, around 10Ibs)I really like how this was packaged. It came with a little pamphlet advertising their brand, I personally didn’t mind that because it wasn’t super invasive, plus it had two hoops (metal rings) to go along with the tag. Most only provide one. The rings and ID tag were tapped to the paper inside an envelope.The tag itself appears to be sturdy yet light weight enough to not weigh her down. It’s small enough to not hit food bowls when eating or drinking. That will most likely vary on the size of your pet though.The engraving seems fine? ( I say that because it looks like the text could be deeper or darker in color) Only time will tell. So far it’s good. Everything was correct and fit nicely. The only ‘off’ thing is the name on the front isn’t 100% in the middle, which is fine.PS the odd coloring in the cat photo, the tag is reflecting off of my case so if it looks a little off or discolored it’s because of the reflection.

Update....I contacted the seller about the engraving as I couldn't read it and wanted to send it back. I was told to take a wet cloth and wipe it. You can now read it. They should do this before shipping it out this is why only 4 stars. Had this dog tag engraved and the engraving is terrible. It is so hard to read. If my dog did get lost there is no way someone could read it to call me. I would not recommend using this company. The only good thing is it came fast maybe that's way its such a poor job.

I’m pretty impressed with this tag. It feels solid and is of quality. The reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I can see where other reviewer’s are coming from with the skewed writing. The address on the back of the tag that I received is ever so slightly tilted. It’s not enough to bother me to send it back, but I can see the frustration from some customers with this issue. Perhaps they have better placement control with the round tags?? Overall I’m pleased with this purchase.

The writing on this tag is dark, black, sturdy, and I love it! The metal is sturdy and not cheap. It's shiny and looks like it will really last. Quite impressive. The size small is just right for my tiny dog. I've had others and they are not engraved deep enough to be seen and are flimsy. This one is great quality wise.

My other dogs' tags came from a big box pet store and cost considerably more. This tag is relatively thick stainless steel with very deeply etched lettering and highly polished. It should outlast the dog.

Our dog lost his tag awhile back and we needed to replace it due to the upcoming nonstop fireworks. Super durable and perfect for our pet. Thank you!

This tag is very nice! It came exactly as I imagined, with my dog's name and my info on the back. The package is super cute and the flyer that came in is also very explanatory about the company's products. The only thing that don't let me give 5 starts is because the delivery was suppose to be on Thursday and ended up arriving today (Saturday). The company informed me they sent the tag as a letter so it would take longer. Other than that, the product is very nice.
