These do a good job, but I've gone to tying on stainless ...
These do a good job, but I've gone to tying on stainless steel saltwater hooks by Mustad, using a wire loop to run a stinger hook off the back. Then when fly is done I just use wire cutters to clip off the hook at the bend and presto, i have a shank with a trailing stinger hook, Probably saves money and I like the result. You can see videos on Youtube for how to attack wire and stinger hook,
