Great book for beginners just not for me
I liked the book overall but in the end I wish that it had some more info on what foods I could eat and how many carbs each had. Like a list of every food. So for me it didn’t work. But if you want a book for beginners then this is a great book for you!

Disappointed
The book doesn’t talk about all the phases of the diet, only the Atkins 20. I wanted a full overview of all the phases (Atkins 20, 40 and “Living Low Carb”).Also doesn’t seem up to date - says to write down what you eat in a notebook rather than using the App you can download to your phone.I decided to buy it based on the reviews because the description was basically nonexistent.I think the introduction is good - explains the premise of the Atkins plan but it just doesn’t cover the whole Atkins diet.If you’re only looking for the “Atkins 20” this is what you want. But if you’re looking for the whole plan, keep looking.
