I bought this for my small puppy and she loves it. It's great for her to chew on and playing with. It is also very durable.

I was disappointed because I think he would have loved this toy
I ordered the large but received the small. Since it was to be a Christmas gift for a friend's very large pooch, there wasn't enough time to exchange it for the larger size. He would have swallowed the smaller one. I was disappointed because I think he would have loved this toy.

My dog loves it!
My dog loves this toy! She gets tired of toys fairly easily, but this is the only one she'll consistently go back to. The hard/soft aspect of it makes it so she can throw it around and it rolls, almost like she is playing fetch with herself. She's a puppy, but the toy store owner I bought it from had said these senior toys are good for puppies too. You can soak and freeze the soft part and it helps with teething. Highly recommended!
