Erin Andrews Strawberry Lemonade 2 Bottles Pack, 2.25 fl. oz

I experimented with this. I put half of it in a 16oz water bottle and topped it off with water. I took it on a run to see how it compared to gels or sports drinks. It kept my energy up with no weird feelings like a typical pre-workout. I Feingold wouldn't recommend this concoction over electrolytes on a longer run but it's great for speed work.
