Coccyx Seat Cushion for Home, Office, Car, Truck, Driver, Driving…

I purchased this memory foam cushion and I just got it in the mail yesterday. I've been using it today at work for a few hours and it's amazing. It's made of great material and it's very comfortable.I'll be real and say that I don't really have the biggest bottom. (Maybe I should do more squats. lol.) When I sit down for long periods of time, I can feel pain around my tailbone area and then that turns into lower back pain as well. Tired of the pain, I went on Amazon and this was one of the lowest priced seat cushions made of great material. So I went ahead and purchased it. I think it's a great value for the price.After only a few hours of using this seat seat cushion at my desk job, I can already feel the difference. This is the best thing ever and I'm sure that my lower back pain will go away after using this in the weeks and months ahead. Make a great decision today and get this cushion!Hope this review helps! I had been having hip/lower back pain on my right side for a while. It mainly occurs during/after sitting and if I've been in bed for more than nine hours or so. It wasn't until I took a two week vacation (during which time I had no pain) that I realized what could be a contributing factor: the work chair I've been sitting in everyday for the last five years. Within four hours after I returned to work, I could feel the aching beginning. I immediately started looking up new office chairs online. Not wanting to spend a lot of money, I searched on chair pads instead. The reviews and price for this cushion were both good, so I bought it. As soon as I started using it, I could feel relief. That was last Wednesday. That night I also bought and started sleeping on a memory foam mattress topper. The cushion, the mattress pad, or a combination of the two, has alleviated the aching I've had for so long. It's only been a few days but I'm pleased with the product so far.PS: I'm 5'3" and the chair I use isn't adjustable. I've had to place a box under my feet so they can touch "the floor". My arms don't sit as well on the armrests either. These are problems I'll deal with later; right now I'm just happy to be relatively pain free.

I have been completely pleased with this purchase. I am 5' 4" weighing 130 -- this product provides great support and cushioning for my needs. Since I have a large herniated disc at the 5th Lumbar in my low back, sitting can be very uncomfortable for me. having the coccyx cut-out really reduces pressure on my spine, and allows me to sit more comfortably. I really enjoy how the memory foam allows the cushion to conform to my individual contours. It feels like I am sitting on a pillowy cloud of comfort! This product is very well made. I would heartily recommend this to anyone who is seeking a very comfortable and functional seat cushion. I use it in my chair at home, and take it in the car. The dimensions are perfect. I was also REALLY impressed with their customer follow-up. I received two emails to "check in" and see if I had received it, and then if I was happy with it. It seems to work fine, not a complete fix, but it allowed me to continue driving without needing a break. The pain wasn't nearly as sharp or mind consuming. Before using this cushion, the pain would stop me at about two hours into a trip. I wasn't able to concentrate on anything due to the pain in my right butt and upper thigh. The pain, while using the cushion, was very slight if any. I'm not disappointed with this product and would recommend it to others with my same condition.

My sister has advanced Parkinson's and has almost no body fat left so she has a hard time sitting because it hurts with no fat to pad her. We tried all manner of egg crate type products, foam pads, pillows, etc. I stumbled onto this product and out of desperation I just ordered it. Let me tell you this is heaven for her. It takes the pressure off her tail bone and an added plus is it gives relief to her thigh bones. It keeps its shape beautifully too. I cannot give this enough stars. It is such a relief to finally have something that keeps her comfortable all the time. it is completely portable too which is convenient for doctor visits, etc.

I got this for an office chair that is like sitting on concrete. I have had a history of pilonidal cysts and have had a surgery. While I have given up ever being completely comfortable while sitting for more than a few minutes at a time, I find that I squirm much less with this pad. I did months and months of research before making a final decision. The one that was delivered to me looked nothing like the picture, so be prepared for that possibility. I contacted the seller and confirmed I had gotten the right item, just with a less attractive covering. I ended up getting mine for less than the one I had put on my wish list as they are different costs from different sellers. My only con would be that it slides quite easily on the chair I'm using. A strap would be really nice to have on this item.
