I have used these straps for quite some time. First of all, it is very nice and cheaper alternative to regular Dumbbells. I got 5 different types of straps which are having various load levels. So it is quite cost effective. Apart from this, it's very easy to use.

I got the bands about 10 days ago. My trainer at the gym recommended this product to me because he had been using it for a while. However, there are two issues with it: 1) it came without the branding imprint that his has. 2) One of the bands got a tear in the first use itself and is now basically tearing gradually further upon every day use. What a waste of money.

Very nice product to improve your body parts especially for younger ones.......may feel bit difficulty in managing the band position......but very effective tool........to strengthen the muscles without using weights....Thank you Amazone.......

great quality ,I also suggest manufacture make different length combo pack and add more exercises that can be performed using these bands.quality is superb otherwise

Yellow band is very very thin and not as per description mentioned.No branding.

Black band is very useful, Which is the strongest one amongst five.
