WetBlock Floor Mats © are made from 82# PE (polyethylene) coated paper that is ridged to help absorb moisture and to resist slipping. The heavy PE coating makes this mat one of the best water barrier products in its weight class. Most glossy backed floor mats have an acrylic coating that breaks down relatively quickly compared to the "water proof" PE coating on the WetBlock © mat.
