It took a long time to decide what brand and what kind of look to go for. So please with the purchase.Kettle- at first I was doubtful of the square shape at the top (lid) as I wasn’t too sure is I liked it. However I went with it and oh how pleased I am. I love super neat pouring spout and it just gives a nice stream of water, straight into your cup. I want to say it’s almost impossible for the water to overflow while pouring it in the cup. Has a nice sturdy feel and feels like it a good quality and durable kettle. Really worth the money. It is super quiet so I have to stay in the kitchen to make sure I hear when its boiled. It also quick at boiling.Toaster: unfortunately toaster is not as great as the kettle. Compared to the kettle that feels like good quality and durable product, the toaster has this “cheap” feel to it. The metal sides are a bit too plasticy and if you pick/ lift it up from the top, the plastic folds in. The metal parts seem to stain a little, so have to be mindful what kind of cleaner you use to clean it. I would recommend nothing too harsh. The slots where you put bread - if a couple crumbs burn on that top bit of the metal part, it is kind of hard to clean it. Al in all, not a fan of the toaster but if you seek a matching set, the kettle totally compensates it.

Our old kettle packed up just before Xmas and I was in a bit of a hurry to get a new one delivered, but still wanted to make sure I got the right one. The Russell Hobbs Luna seems so far to do the job and I am very pleased I chose this one. It is quick to boil and quieter than my last one. It has got the water level at the front and not behind the handle so easy to see and fill to the right level. It pours very easily and without spilling. The 1,2,3 cup level inside is useful thought not that important as I find it easier to look at the front water level. It looks good and fits nicely with my other electrical appliances. It is brushed "silver". The button to open the lid is great and can be done one handed. I followed the instructions to rinse it out and boiled the kettle twice before using it so have had no problems with taste or smell of the water. Because it is well made, it is slightly heavier when filled than my last one and that might be a problem with arthritis hands. The kettle is slightly more expensive than I would normally spend but I am very happy with product and would buy again.

This kettle must be the best buy ever for price, looks, efficiency and quietness. It is a great pourer too.The amount of water in the kettle is indicated by cups on the outside and also up to three cups on the inside. With 3000 watts its a fast boiler.

Partner thought the grey colour way looked more blue than silver but I didn't particularly. Kettle looks really stylish -only slight negative is that once filled, if your fingers touch the stainless steel lid anywhere but the plastic centre, it marks very easily. Not a problem if you're not fussy about finger prints, but I am and I am careful to only close the lid using one finger on the plastic centre disc. Only had it for two weeks so not sure about longevity but our last Morphy Richards kettle lasted many years and it was only the plastic lid release that perished. At the moment quite happy with my new kettle.

This kettle is much lighter than I expected compared to the very expensive De Longhi I have replaced because couldn’t hear tv whilst it was boiling. This kettle is much quieter so happy with it.

Had this kettle for about 18 months. Was good at first and more recently has started leaking and today it fused all the electrics and the switch no longer works and the kettle is out of warranty. Not a good buy.

Ive been dubious with this kettle after reviews however this kettle is well built, did not smell of plastic, really fast boling if 2 cups of water being boiled and a lovely blue light goes around it when it boiling!

Delighted with this kettle. Very well designed. Lightweight considering it's volume, great balance when using the handle, and pours nicely. Very quiet compared to our last kettle and quick to boil. Also a very nice looking countertop piece and being able to see the water boiling with the LED lighting is a nice touch. Perfectly happy with it.
