Upon opening the package, it comes with 3M double sided tape, RGB controller, male to male pin adapter, and a small card with instruction.This device is good for a standalone (If you don’t need WiFi connection) RBG LED controller. Lights transition smoothly, brightness changes as intended, colors all work fine. Now that being said, if you NEED THIS TO CONTROL THROUGH WIFI, do NOT buy!I ordered this for its WiFi cabablity, but oh man was that a mistake! Took me 2 hours to actually connect to WiFi! After all the resetting, flashing lights mode, I finally managed to connect. I tried moving a few things around, changed some colors, tried the music sync, (slightly laggy response to change), worked ok for 5 minutes. Then.. disconnected! So I thought maybe it’s to far from my router (about 10 ft from it). Moved it closer and it seemed to work slightly better, but, once again disconnected... I repeatedly connected and same results. The controller disconnected every 5 minutes or so on every single occasion! After 29 painstaking connection after connection, I decided to throw in the towel. Product does absolutely NOT work for WiFi! So beware! I will give it 3 stars due to it actually working with the remote provided, flawlessly. I’d hate to give it 3 stars, because it has SO MUCH potentia to be an amazing product! But the disconnections and super buggy app make it impossible to work with.

After a tricky install totally worth it for the Alexa integration.If you’re having issues connecting...open magic home, click the add button and connect to the LED wifi. (If it’s not showing up, connect to your led strip lights to the receiver til they glow up, take out and insert the ac adaptor three times until the lights flash then it should show up). Next when the app prompts you to connect to WiFi and yours doesn’t show up, click “other.” It should show up opting you to enter your password. From there it’s easy. A little tricky to configure to you room/voice settings but that’s jsut how it is with alexa if you have many lights.Overall great. The remote acted up with other rgb lights that I had making them flash and change colors and turn on but if you’re planning on using this with Alexa, you can just ditch the remote and that won’t be an issue.Overall 4 stars since not very intuitive but buying another for the convenience!Btw: the control interfered with cheap rgb bulbs that I had, not my other led strip lights. Not sure why.

I bought this module to control the led strip I have on an outdoor waterfall since trying to install an IR sensor with proper line of sight AND good aesthetics is basically impossible. I was happy to see the app that controls this is the Magic Home app, which I happened to already have from purchasing a couple of wifi controllers a couple years ago for a different led project.This comes with a small card that has QR codes to download the app/manual, and following the instructions for pairing this unit to your wifi worked well although it took 2 tries and resetting the unit twice. Very pleased and would definitely use again!

I purchased this for my daughter to control her LED light strip with Alexa and after setting it up with the Magic Home app, it worked perfectly!! The setup was easy and in a couple of minutes my daughter was commanding her LEDs from her Echo show, switching them on, changing the colors etc...it’s worth the cost...a must buy!

Works well and actually had instructions. Got this because my lumen light purchase was a joke. This controller works with that style of lights no problem and it runs cool the lumen unit got so hot you couldn't touch it and their remote only half worked this has fewer remote options but the app makes up for that with its options. Also lumen unit did not work with app at all.

Very good quality for the price. Helpful in completing an LED lighting project. The ability to incorporate into my WiFi and no longer use the remote is great!

The controller works well, the app is a bit buggy, but once you get everything set up with your smart home device everything works. I have used these with google home and alexa, both work perfectly.

easy to use and to install... I use it for a permanent strips on a ballroom, the client think im a genius... not! I just got this controller and boom! got paid!
