These are the best vitamins ever. I took the prenatals while pregnant and love that one too. This one is great, except that one serving is 8 pills...I usually only take half that just because I can't take them all at once or it will make me feel nauseous, so with splitting them up, I forget to take the rest. Really boosts my energy and has helped balance my menstrual cycle when I take it with extra chewable Magnesium Glycinate (100 or 200 mg) every day.

This multivitamin is the best I've ever come across. I'm a vegan and while I generally try to consume all my necessary vitamins and minerals via fresh fruits and vegetables, I still take multivitamins. I've been using it for over a year and a half and it makes me feel great. I have had negative experiences in the past with multivitamins-- nausea, upset stomach, breakouts etc. but this multivitamin does not cause any of those symptoms. All praises aside, I find that the dosage to be extraordinarily high for just one day (8 pills per day), so I will take anywhere from 2-4 pills a day (depending upon how I feel that particular morning).

I've been taking these for years. They are excellent. But the tablets are huge.And the bottle is half cotton! WHY? What a waste of space, resources and energy. I know most manufacturers do this, but SN may be the worst offender.Please stop using massive bottles to package half the product!

This is BY FAR the best multi vitamin choice out there. It can be a bit pricey, but its worth it. If you were to buy individual versions of everything in this jam packed multivitamin, you'd be easily spending WAY over the suggested retail price. So this is actually a good deal. super nutrition uses only the best ingredients and this one has the most antioxidents ever! I have been taking these vitamins for a year now and have yet to get sick. My energy has improved significantly as well.

Quality and amount of all the natural ingredients for Immunity

I have been taking this product for the last 4 months and just received my new batch. Every time I take the pills from the new batch, I break out in hives. The company MUST have changed their formula. Buyer beware.

This is one of the BEST vitamin's I have ever taken. I have been struggling so long with different issues in my body and after taking this for several month, I am feeling much better. Even my Fingernails were slitting vertically but now they are growing normal and getting much stronger and not splitting anymore.. GOOD STUFF.. I will continue to use this.
