VioLiv 400ml WideMouth Storage Jar, Violet Glassware

This will be my third order of Violet Glass (from Worm's Way). That's because people love it, and I end up giving it away. Then I need to replace mine, so I buy more. I've bought 100ml and 50ml wide-mouth jars (for home-made lotions), 400ml for coffee beans, and 2L apothecary jar (for candies bought in bulk). Can't say enough good about this glassware. For those of you concerned about the plastic lids -- the value in the glass is that it blocks ultraviolet light. Considering that the lid is probably 5% or less of the surface area that would be affected by light rays, I hardly think it matters. The plastic is very good quality, thick and heavy and dense. These jars might seem expensive, but they're really not. They're worth the cost, many times over.

Nice jar for grains, I have my flax seed in it. Like the dark color, so no light can go through. Will keep my flax seeds a fresh a long time since I do not use them often. Great look and space saver as well.

Like the jar..but they don't tell you the lid is plastic..also the lid was all scratch..but all in all a nice jar

I put vitamins in this one. It has a plastic screw-on top. The rest is solid, durable glass. I have quite a few of these in different sizes and I'm enjoying them!

Droped it a couple times and still have it. The lid is made of some sort of cheap plastic but other than that it keeps things fresh.

Would buy again. Very useful for keeping herbs as fresh as the day they were harvested. Keeps things fresh for months. I've purchased several sizes and all work beautifully. While nice thick glass they are breakable if they are banged together. I would highly recommend this product to all my friends.
